VANGI BATH


Vangi Bath
is very tasty rice dish ,  One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Red Chillies
  2. Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Pepper seeds, Jeera Seeds
  3. Cut Vangi or Brinjal
  4. Salt as per taste




  5. Oil


Method:

  1. Preparing Vangi Bath Masala Powder





  2. Mix the Besan, Rice flour, Chilli powder and salt with some water and make a thick batter
  3. Batter should be little salty in taste as the potatoes do not have salt added
  4. Dip the slices of potatoes one by one in the batter and put it in the hot oil




  5. Fry them until it becomes crispy and red. Serve these hot crispy batata bhaje for snacks or with rice.
