ONION TOMATO CHETNI
is very tangy dish which is very tasty and easy to prepare ,  One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Sliced Tomatos - 3
  2. Sliced Onions - 3
  3. Coriander Leaves



  4. Ginger - Small Piece
  5. Red Chillies - 4
  6. Mustard Seeds - 1 table spoon
  7. Urad Dal - 1/2 table spoon
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil


Method:

  1. Heat Oil in a pan, roast red chillies for 1 minute and keep them aside in a different plate



  2. Add onions to the same pan, fry till they change color to light brown



  3. Add sliced tomotoes and coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes. No need to cook fully.



  4. Now cool the mixture and grind along with red chillies and salt needed.



  5. Heat 1 table spoon of oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dal and curry leaves. when dal turns golden brown, add the ground chetny and cook until oil separates.
  6. Very tasty chetny with goes well with idli, dosa, chapati, bread etc is ready
