TERA BHAJI


Tera Bhaji
is a vegetarian dish which is very tasty ,  One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Tero (Terya pan)




  2. Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Pepper seeds, Jeera Seeds
  3. Terya pan and Ambado cut into small pieces




  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Oil


Method:

  1. Preparing Vangi Bath Masala Powder




  2. Mix the Besan, Rice flour, Chilli powder and salt with some water and make a thick batter
  3. Batter should be little salty in taste as the potatoes do not have salt added
  4. Dip the slices of potatoes one by one in the batter and put it in the hot oil
  5. Fry them until it becomes crispy and red. Serve these hot crispy batata bhaje for snacks or with rice.
