Tendli Upkari
Very Famous South Indian Rice Dish which is very tasty :), this can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Dry Coconut and Curry Leaves, Rice, Cooked Toor Dal, Boondi to serve



  2. Red Chillies, Green Chillies
  3. Hing, Coriander Powder
  4. Methi, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper, Geera, Teel
  5. Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt as per taste
  6. Butter or Oil


Method:

  1. Make the mango pulp in mixer as below



  2. In a Pan put some 3-4 table spoon of oil and then when it is heated put the mustard seeds and when it crackles add urad dal
  3. Now add 3-4 green chillies and curry leaves and fry for some time
  4. Now add salt and sugar as per the taste, make sure it tastes sweet and bit sour
  5. Cook for some time until it will boil
