TANDLA POLE/ NEER DOSA/ PAN POLE Very Famous Konkani dish which is very tasty and easy to prepare and eaten with gaggery syrup or cheti, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Dosa Rice
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil or Butter
Method:
- Soak Rice in water for minimum 4 hours
- Grind soaked Rice along with coconut until fine batter is ready


- Once the dosa batter is ready, heat a pan and put some oil/butter and then put the dosa batter to make the dosa

- Serve hot Neer dosas with Chetni or Gaggery syrup as shown :)
