Talasan is very tasty dish for lunch or dinner also eaten with roti or chapatis, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.
Ingredients:
- Cut Potatoes as per quantity required

- Mustard Seeds
- Red chilli powder,Salt as per taste
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Grind banana in a mixture with sugar to fine paste and then put it in a vessle
- Add yogurt(curd), soda, salt mix well to this banana paste

- Now add wheat floor and make the soft dow. Do not add water to this while making dow. the dow should be soft, lastly add 2 tspn of oil and mix well and keep this dow over night
- Next day morning prepare small balls from this dow and deep fry in hot oil and serve with chetni or sagu
