PHULKI


Phulki
is also kind of light chapatis ,  One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat floor as required
  2. 1 small cup water
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Oil - 2 table spoon


Method:

  1. In a vessle put 1 small cup of water, salt as per taste and one table spoon oil. Now add the wheat floor and mix well till the dow becomes soft and non-sticky



  2. Prepare small balls of this dow as shown
  3. Rolls these balls to make into phulki shapes as shown
  4. Dry fry this phulki's on tava on both sides without oil
  5. Now remove from the tava and then put it directly over the fire on the gas stove so that it will blow up as shown and gets fried on both sides
  6. Now serve these phulki's with dal or sabji
