EGG OMLET


Egg Omlet
very quick and easy dish to make for breakfast and snacks which is very simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. 1-2 Eggs, 1 Chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 chilli chopped, Coriander leaves

  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Oil


Method:

  1. Break the egg and put the yolk in a pan and mix the copped onion, tomato, chilli, coriander leaves with some salt as per taste. Mix the content with a spoon by wipping it hard.



  2. Heat a pan and then put 1/2 table spoon of oil
  3. Put the prepared mixture on to the hot pan and give a proper shape to the omlet by moving the pan




  4. Cook it for 2 min and then reverse the omlet and cook again for 1 min and then service hot with bread or eat directly for breakfast or snacks
