Break the egg and put the yolk in a pan and mix the copped onion, tomato, chilli, coriander leaves with some salt as per taste. Mix the content with a spoon by wipping it hard.
Heat a pan and then put 1/2 table spoon of oil
Put the prepared mixture on to the hot pan and give a proper shape to the omlet by moving the pan
Cook it for 2 min and then reverse the omlet and cook again for 1 min and then service hot with bread or eat directly for breakfast or snacks
