Masoori Randhay
is very tasty dish can be eaten with rice, phulki, rotis or chapatis ,  One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bowl sugar
  2. 3/4 bowl yogurt(curd)
  3. 2 tspn soda
  4. wheat floor for making dow as required
  5. oil to fry
  6. Salt as per taste


Method:

  1. Grind banana in a mixture with sugar to fine paste and then put it in a vessle
  2. Add yogurt(curd), soda, salt mix well to this banana paste




  3. Now add wheat floor and make the soft dow. Do not add water to this while making dow. the dow should be soft, lastly add 2 tspn of oil and mix well and keep this dow over night
  4. Next day morning prepare small balls from this dow and deep fry in hot oil and serve with chetni or sagu
