Mashroom Masala Is Very Famous North Indian Dish which is very tasty :), this can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner with roti or chapati or phulkis, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes, Onions, Carrot, Peas, Navalkos, Lemon

- Dry Coconut and Curry Leaves, Rice, Cooked Toor Dal, Boondi to serve
  
- Red Chillies, Green Chillies
- Hing, Coriander Powder
- Methi, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper, Geera, Teel
- Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt as per taste
- Butter or Oil
Method:
- Make the mango pulp in mixer as below

- In a Pan put some 3-4 table spoon of oil and then when it is heated put the mustard seeds and when it crackles add urad dal
- Now add 3-4 green chillies and curry leaves and fry for some time
- Preparing Bisibele Bath Masala
- Now add salt and sugar as per the taste, make sure it tastes sweet and bit sour
- Cook for some time until it will boil
- It can be served hot or it can be chilled in refrigerator and served cold, both way it will taste very delicious
