MASHROOM MASALA


Mashroom Masala
Is Very Famous North Indian Dish which is very tasty :), this can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner with roti or chapati or phulkis, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. Tomatoes, Onions, Carrot, Peas, Navalkos, Lemon



  2. Dry Coconut and Curry Leaves, Rice, Cooked Toor Dal, Boondi to serve



  3. Red Chillies, Green Chillies
  4. Hing, Coriander Powder
  5. Methi, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper, Geera, Teel
  6. Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt as per taste
  7. Butter or Oil


Method:

  1. Make the mango pulp in mixer as below




  2. In a Pan put some 3-4 table spoon of oil and then when it is heated put the mustard seeds and when it crackles add urad dal
  3. Now add 3-4 green chillies and curry leaves and fry for some time
  4. Preparing Bisibele Bath Masala



  5. Now add salt and sugar as per the taste, make sure it tastes sweet and bit sour
  6. Cook for some time until it will boil
  7. It can be served hot or it can be chilled in refrigerator and served cold, both way it will taste very delicious
