Bhendya Huli Very Famous South Indian Dish which is very tasty :) which is very simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Cut 2 Onions, Cut Ladies Finger as shown below
  
- Hing, Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds
- Tamrind water, MTR Sambar powder, 1 Cup Toor Dal (Cooked)
- Oil for seasoning
Method:
- Heat a pan, put onions, ladies fingers, tamrind water and little bit of water and cook till the ladies fingers becomes soft.
- Once the ladies finger is cooked properly, add cooked toor dal
- Now add MTR sambar powder, salt as per taste and bring it to a boil
- In a separate pan, head 1-2 table spoon of oil for seasoning. Add mustard seeds and when it crackles properly add curry leaves. Mix this seasoning into the ladies finger mixture and mix well

- Serve this hot bhendya huli with hot rice and enjoy :)
